If the student has a full-time job and earns at least twice the monthly rent, a co-signor is not required. However, if the student is unemployed or does not meet the 2x income requirement, a co-signor or co-applicant must be included in the rental agreement.

You and your Guarantor understand that a valid credit card must be on file - to cover any incidentals/damages or overages that exceed the security deposit. The credit card information will be secured using a invoicing method and will be needed only if you are approved to lease at the location.
